This Privacy Policy explains how AIKENZO ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI architectural rendering platform (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: your name and email address, provided directly or through Google Sign-In.

Content you provide: base images, sketches, CAD drawings, and reference materials you upload to generate renders.

Usage data: render jobs, credit transactions, timestamps, and basic technical logs needed to operate the Service.

Payment data: handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card details.

To provide the Service: process your inputs into renders and videos, manage your credit balance, and maintain your account.

To operate the optional marketing feature: generate captions and videos and, only when you instruct it, publish them to social accounts you have connected.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the Service.

We share the minimum data necessary with service providers that help us run the platform:

Google (Gemini and Veo models) — to process images and generate renders/videos. Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Graph API) and TikTok (Content Posting API) — to publish content to accounts you connect. Stripe — to process payments. Supabase — database hosting. Vercel and Vultr — application and worker hosting.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account, we store the access tokens issued by that platform securely on our servers and use them only to publish content at your request.

We never post without your action, and you can revoke our access at any time from the connected platform's settings, which immediately stops any further publishing.

We retain account data and render history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us and we will process your request within a reasonable time.

We use a small number of essential cookies, primarily to keep you signed in (authentication session). We do not use advertising cookies.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
