Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AIKENZO (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

AIKENZO is an AI-powered platform that transforms architectural sketches, CAD drawings, and base images into photorealistic renders, and helps users generate and publish related marketing content.

The Service operates on a credit system: rendering and certain features consume credits that you purchase or are granted.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Credits may be purchased through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Credits are consumed when a render job is created. Once a job enters processing, the credits for that job are non-refundable. If a job fails due to a system error, the credits for that job are automatically refunded to your balance.

Prices and credit package contents may change; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates the rights of any third party.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions for any image, drawing, or material you upload to the Service.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI models.

You retain ownership of the input materials you upload. By using the Service, you grant AIKENZO a limited license to process those materials solely to provide the Service to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable credits, you may use the rendered outputs you generate for your own commercial and personal projects.

The AIKENZO platform, software, branding, and website remain the property of AIKENZO.

Renders and videos produced by the Service are AI-generated visual approximations created for presentation and marketing purposes.

They are not technical, engineering, or construction drawings and must not be relied upon for structural, dimensional, or regulatory accuracy.

The Service can publish content to third-party social platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) only to accounts that you explicitly connect via the platform's official OAuth authorization.

You are responsible for ensuring such content complies with each platform's own terms and community guidelines. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIKENZO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
